Job summary

Responsibilities

You will work closely with other departments to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support operational goals.Key Responsibilities1. Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and personnel, providing guidance on daily tasks, maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and repair processes.2. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Ensure that all preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.3. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in manufacturing and mining equipment, ensuring quick response times to reduce production interruptions.4. Equipment Reliability: Monitor and improve equipment reliability by analyzing maintenance data, identifying recurring issues, and implementing effective solutions to enhance operational performance.5. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines. Promote a culture of safety and ensure the team is trained in proper procedures, risk assessments, and safety protocols.6. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment necessary for routine and emergency repairs.
