Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Experience or interest in 3D CAD modeling, 3D printing, or data acquisition is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer use.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and engineers with maintenance, repairs, and system installations.
• Help design and set up testing components and mechanical assemblies.
• Support setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Participate in hands-on problem-solving and diagnostics across test environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance logs and test data.
• Provide general technical support within the lab.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures in the lab.
