Job summary

Buro Happold Limited is seeking a Mechanical Intern to gain hands-on experience in designing energy-efficient, sustainable buildings. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop HVAC systems, while contributing to projects that shape communities and address climate challenges.

The role offers exposure to Revit/AutoCAD workflows, multidisciplinary teamwork, and a commitment to learning within a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (preferred).
• Coursework in HVAC design, heat transfer, fluid dynamics or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Internship experience in engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embrace the latest technologies to improve performance and sustainability
• Assist performing detailed HVAC engineering building services design and calculations
• Take part in the preparation of technical drawings, schedules, and reports
• Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and with senior engineers
