Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a maintenance, reliability, or mechanical integrity engineer in a chemical plant.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance for asset management strategies.
• Develop mechanical integrity programs for various assets.
• Perform Risk-Based Inspection assessments per API standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM and other codes.
• Lead root cause failure analysis for integrity-related incidents.
