Job Description: As a Mechanical Insulation Take-Offs and Estimating Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of take-offs and estimates for mechanical insulation projects. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of mechanical insulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of take-offs for mechanical insulation projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine insulation requirements.
• Calculate material quantities and costs for insulation projects.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate project estimates.
• Maintain detailed records of take-offs and estimates.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information.
• Support the project management team in planning and scheduling insulation work.
