Structis is seeking an Insulation Estimator in the United States to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for insulation projects across sectors. You will review plans, perform take-offs, and collaborate with managers and clients to ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of estimating experience, strong insulation material knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating.
• Strong understanding of insulation materials and installation techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality estimates on time.

Primary Objective

As an Insulation Estimator, you will play a critical role in the growth and profitability of our company. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for insulation projects in various sectors. Your expertise in materials, and project management will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
