Job summary

This role assists with documentation, cost tracking, scheduling, and technical support, while building a foundational understanding of construction methods, materials, and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, field staff and trade partners is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & contract management: create and manage submittals and project folders.
• Cost management: assist with material pricing and forecasts.
• Schedule, project planning & coordination: learn project schedules and attend meetings.
• Safety & compliance: follow OSHA standards and Horwitz safety practices.
• Communication & leadership: support meetings with customers and internal teams.
