Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Mechanical Instructor in Hull to join an established engineering training organisation. The role involves delivering mechanical training to apprentices and adult learners, with full training provided.

This position suits an experienced mechanical engineer looking to move into teaching, with required qualifications including a minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification and hands-on maintenance experience. Benefits include generous leave and pension options.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Relevant mechanical engineering industry experience.
• Experience in planned/reactive maintenance.
• Experience with lathes and milling machines.
• Hydraulics/pneumatics experience.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical mechanical engineering training.
• Support and assess apprentices and adult learners.
• Share your industry knowledge and experience with the next of engineers.
• Deliver training in areas including: Mechanical maintenance, Lathe and milling operations, Hydraulics and pneumatics, Hand tools, Health & Safety
