Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC and mechanical construction scopes from planning through closeout.
  • Support budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Drive change-order strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field leadership, and project teams.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and equipment buyout.
  • Support project schedules and execution strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with superintendents, foremen, and craft labor.
  • Help maintain project profitability and client satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in delivering major mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.

  • Managing HVAC and mechanical construction scopes

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
