Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator to support large HVAC and Plumbing construction projects in Southern California. You will prepare and submit competitive bids across Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Hospitals and Transportation markets, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements include 2+ years in construction, HVAC or plumbing estimating; HVAC/plumbing estimation experience and familiarity with digital estimation platforms; QuickPen is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in construction, HVAC, or plumbing estimating.
• HVAC/plumbing project estimation experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with digital project-estimation platforms (preferred).
• QuickPen experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates and proposals for HVAC and/or Plumbing projects.
• Thorough review of project-scope documentation.
• Attend scheduled job walks and ask project-related questions.
• Complete material take-offs, collect equipment and subcontractor pricing, prepare estimates.

Job Details

We are seeking an Estimator to assist in the pursuit of large and complex HVAC and Plumbing construction projects. Project Estimators prepare and submit competitive bids for new projects across our company’s Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Hospitals and Transportation markets.

Key Responsibilities
