Job summary

Delta Constructors, LLC seeks a Mechanical General Foreman to lead pipefitting and structural crews in Watford City, ND. You will plan work, ensure safety, manage materials, and coordinate with project management and client representatives.

You must have 7 years of pipefitting/structural craft in oilfield environments and 5 years in supervisory roles. The job requires 12-hour shifts, overtime, and compliance with OHSA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years experience as pipefitter or structural craft in oilfield/industrial setting.
• 5+ years supervisory/lead role experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crews are on-site, prepared and equipped.
• Lead toolbox and safety meetings.
• Inspect crews' work for consistency, efficiency, safety and quality.
• Coordinate plans with client representatives, quality control and project management.
• Prepare daily timesheets and document materials and costs.
• Assist foreman with training of new crew members.
• Create a safe, efficient and quality work environment.
• Ensure crews comply with client, company and OSHAsafety standards.
• Plan weekly and daily work for productivity and safety.

Job description

Position Summary:

The Mechanical General Foreman reports directly to the Mechanical Superintendent and is responsible for the planning, crew development, safety, material management and quality control of the pipefitting and structural disciplines. The incumbentoversees the work of subordinates and interacts with site foreman to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance with both federal, state, local, client and company safety regulations.

Schedule:

Full-time, non-rotational

• 60 hours per week

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent

• Currentandvaliddriver’slicense,withcleandrivingrecord
