Requirements

• Salary between $79,040 and $83,200 depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
• Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman with a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on one industrial site.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with tools when needed.
• Mentorship skills for Foremen, Journeymen, and apprentices.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, cost coding, material ordering, and project development.
• Working knowledge of Procore.
• Basic computer skills.
