Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction with leadership experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater projects preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on water and wastewater projects.
• Supervise installation of piping, pumps, valves, and equipment.
• Plan daily work, manpower, and materials to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, PMs, subs, vendors, inspectors, and engineers.
• Mentor craft professionals and promote a strong safety culture.
• Support startup, testing, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout.
