Job summary

Staffccs in Texas is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to supervise pipefitters, welders, and related trades on job sites. You will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and quality standards.

You will plan daily activities, assign tasks, monitor productivity and quality, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with project managers and other trades. Required: 5+ years in mechanical construction or piping; foreman or lead experience preferred; knowledge of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction, piping, or industrial work.
• Prior foreman or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding processes and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometrics.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
