Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Mechanical Foreman in Fuquay-Varina, NC to lead daily mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation activities for assigned crews on high-impact industrial projects. You will coordinate with contractors to ensure work is completed on time, safely, and to spec, while maintaining equipment reliability.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical maintenance, the ability to read blueprints, and strong leadership to mentor technicians.
