Job summary

MINPROVISE is hiring experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our Specialist Maintenance team across WA. You will perform fixed plant and wet plant maintenance on critical equipment including filter belts, pumps, mills, and scrubbers.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Trade Qualification with mining maintenance experience, a strong safety mindset, and a proactive, team-focused attitude. Training and career progression are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade qualification is essential.
• Experience in mining, shutdowns, fixed plant, wet plant or maintenance environments is required.
• Experience with filter belts, mills, scrubbers, conveyors or pumps is highly regarded.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Work On Key Equipment Including

• Scrubbers
• Mills
• Pumps

About the Role

• Fixed plant and wet plant maintenance across mining operations
• Maintenance, repairs and inspections on filter belt, pumps, mills and scrubber systems

About You

• Mechanical Trade Qualification (essential)
• Experience in mining, shutdowns, fixed plant, wet plant or maintenance environments
• Previous experience working on filter belts, mills, scrubbers, conveyors, pumps or associated process plant equipment highly regarded
• Strong safety mindset and quality workmanship
• Team-focused with a proactive attitude
• Keen to upskill in specialised maintenance
