Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America in Zionsville, IN, is seeking a Digital Print Mechanical Service Technician to support our industrial Digital Print equipment at a customer facility.

This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance, with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and reading mechanical drawings as part of daily tasks. Travel to other BHS customer sites across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico is required, while the primary home site remains in Zionsville.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanical or maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Technical/trade school or associate degree preferred.
• Corrugated, printing, converting, or similar industrial equipment experience is a plus.

Digital Print Mechanical Service Technician

BHS Corrugated is looking for a Digital Print Mechanical Service Technician to support our industrial Digital Print equipment at a customer facility in Zionsville, IN.

This is a hands-on industrial mechanical role — not an office printer/copier technician position.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial Digital Print equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical service
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Communicate directly with customers to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Support installations, repairs, and service needs at other customer locations when required
• Complete service reports and other required documentation

What We’re Looking For

Location & Travel

This position will be primarily based at our Zionsville customer site, with most of your time dedicated to supporting the Digital Print machine located there.

Travel will still be required as needed to support other BHS customer sites throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
