Staffmark Group in Lititz, PA is hiring a Mechanical Fabricator for a weekend shift on a direct-hire basis. The role calls for sharp attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and solid welding/fabrication skills to deliver quality finished work.

You will operate hand and power tools, inspect parts, document design changes, and collaborate with a team to meet tight tolerances and timelines in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with welding, metalworking, or related fabrication processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or industrial production environments.
• Basic understanding of welding symbols and fabrication drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Verify materials and components are correct for each project.
• Inspect materials, parts, and equipment before fabrication or assembly and report concerns.
• Perform fabrication and assembly tasks using established methods and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure finished work meets dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections upon completion and report issues to supervisors.
• Document modifications or deviations from original designs according to procedures.
• Safely move, lift, and handle materials with appropriate equipment.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $32.50 per hour

Schedule: Weekend Shift | 5:00 am - 5:30 pm | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
