• Lead or support project pursuits, tailoring proposal strategy to client needs
• Take active role in Capture Planning: Best Bid, Best Team, Bid to Win
• Build and maintain subcontractor relationships: prequalification, ITB, bid leveling
• Partner with Client Executives and Account Managers to align proposals with client expectations
• Maintain and improve estimating tools and systems (HCSS, QuoteSoft, Building Connected)
• Mentor estimating team on technical understanding: logistics, schedule, means and methods
• Champion innovation in estimating technology and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Safety, Operations, Controls, and Business Development to deliver integrated estimates
