Qualifications

• Knowledge of parts estimating, parts management, fleet maintenance, and repair operations.
• Experience with parts catalogs, inventory systems, and CMMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to determine required parts and materials.
• Research OEM, aftermarket, and remanufactured parts for repairs.
• Prepare cost estimates for parts and labor.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and availability.
• Maintain records of parts costs, orders, and estimates.
