Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Houston seeks a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating group within a seasoned mechanical contractor. This is a leadership-heavy role focusing on large mechanical and plumbing projects, preconstruction collaboration, and client relations.

You will mentor junior estimators, drive accuracy and workflow improvements, and build relationships across the Houston construction market. Experience with healthcare facilities, ground-up builds, and familiarity with Trimble or AutoBid

A well-established Texas mechanical contractor is looking for a Senior Estimator to step into a key leadership role within their Houston team.

This isn't a position where you'll just be asked to crank out estimates. With several long-tenured leaders approaching retirement, they're looking for someone who can help lead the next chapter of an established estimating department.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead estimates for large, complex mechanical and plumbing projects
• Mentor and develop other estimators
• Work closely with clients and project teams throughout preconstruction
• Build relationships throughout the Houston construction market
• Help improve processes and bring new ideas to the table

What They're Looking For

This role is a strong fit for someone with extensive estimating experience with a mechanical contractor, particularly someone with experience in:
