Job summary

Alcon in Johns Creek, Georgia is seeking an Associate, General Engineering (Para-Professional & Support Path) to analyze technology trends, design processes, and resolve engineering issues. You will document service logs, prepare reports, and support project planning with careful attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
3 Years of Relevant Experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform business support or administrative tasks to enhance business operations through accurate task completion.
Assist in analyzing technology trends and designing new processes, as well as modifying and improving existing ones.
Evaluate and resolve issues related to manufacturing, design, quality, and material engineering.
Document and maintain service logs.
Prepare reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues.
Support project planning and execution.
Follow established procedures with limited decision-making authority.
Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining accurate documentation.
