Job summary

ARC Eng in Burbank and El Segundo seeks mid to senior-level Mechanical engineers & designers to contribute to diverse commercial and institutional projects. You will work under the Chief Mechanical Engineer, developing designs and contract documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work under the Chief Mechanical Engineer and learn ARC's business, the technical aspects of mechanical design, and the contract document process.
• Produce mechanical system design and drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams on each project.
• Take ownership of projects from site survey, client coordination, design and construction administration with project managers and Principals.

Job Responsibilities (will vary depending on experience but may include):

• Work under the technical supervision of the firm's Chief Mechanical Engineer and learn our business, the technical aspects of mechanical design, engineering, and the process that we produce contract documents.
• Produce all aspects of mechanical system design and drawings in both AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proactively coordinate with the electrical and plumbing teams on each project and in general.
• Take ownership of projects from the site survey, client coordination, design and construction administration working with project managers and Principals at ARC.
