Job summary

ARC Eng in Burbank and El Segundo is seeking mid to senior-level Electrical engineers & designers to join our team on-site. You will contribute to electrical design, drawings, and coordination across disciplines.

The role emphasizes growth into a future leadership position, with opportunities to lead project efforts from survey through construction administration, using Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience on commercial or institutional projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD in a production/design environment.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Chief Electrical Engineer and learn the business, technical aspects of electrical design and contract document production.
• Produce all aspects of electrical system design and drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate proactively with mechanical and plumbing teams on each project.
• Take ownership of projects from site survey through design and construction administration in collaboration with project managers and Principals.

Job description

We are currently accepting applications for mid to senior-level Electrical engineers & designers at our Burbank and El Segundo offices. This role is open to direct applicants only.

Job Responsibilities (will vary depending on experience but may include):

• Work under the technical supervision of the firm's Chief Electrical Engineer and learn our business, the technical aspects of electrical design, engineering, and the process that we produce contract documents.
• Produce all aspects of electrical system design and drawings in both AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proactively coordinate with the mechanical and plumbing teams on each project and in general.
• Take ownership of projects from the site survey, client coordination, design and construction administration working with project managers and Principals at ARC.
