Mechanical Engineering Technologist
Location: Louisville, KY, 40299
Pay: $30-$45/hr ($62,400-$93,600 + eligible for OT pay)
Full-Time, Long-Term Employment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine investigations and tests to ensure reliability, safety and performance of Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution equipment.
Perform mechanical tests and technical studies like Vibration Testing, Thermal Testing, Fatigue Testing, Impact Testing, Corrosion Testing, Tensile Testing, and Compression Testing.
Assemble test setups with data acquisition systems.
Analyze test results and prepare reports.
Manage equipment calibration and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Technology.
Hands-on experience with equipment and power tools.
Proficiency in electro-mechanical lab tests and data analysis.
Familiarity with LabView and testing standards.
Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
