Overview of the Program

Lincoln Electric's Harris Products Groups’ Mechanical Engineering Co-op Program offers hands‑on experience in mechanical engineering. Co-op will work alongside experienced engineers to drive change throughout the organization. This program is ideal for individuals eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast‑paced, real‑world environment where innovation and collaboration drive success.

What You'll Work On

Basic Qualifications
  • Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering

Preferred Qualifications
  • An engineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial, or any related technologies
  • Minimumoverall GPA of 3.0
  • Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with OSHA and SDS safety standards
