Confidential Engineering Firm in Oklahoma seeks a Mechanical Engineering Specialist to design HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration systems for commercial projects including retail, hospitality and healthcare.

The role involves producing construction documents, collaborating with project teams in Autodesk Revit, and working directly with clients to understand requirements. Occasional on-site meetings and US travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year of related mechanical engineering/design experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment.

Job description

An engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Specialist with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Refrigeration system design.

This position will support the development of mechanical systems and construction documents for a variety of commercial projects, including retail, cold storage, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design experience, an ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams, and experience working with Autodesk Revit.

Refrigeration Experience — A Plus

Experience designing rack refrigeration systems for grocery and retail environments is highly desirable, but not required. The company has a significant portfolio of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projects and can provide training in rack refrigeration design for candidates with a strong mechanical engineering background.
