Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.

• Experience in mechanical design and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mechanical design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles.
• Lead team responsible for mechanical design of reactor plants to inform design, manufacturing, construction and licensing strategies.
• Manage engineering resources across multiple projects and ensure qualified engineers perform assigned work.
• Lead design cycle sprints and coordinate with partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor staff to promote professional development and effective performance.
