Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience developing mechanical or electromechanical products.
• Experience leading engineering projects and mentoring engineers.
• Experience designing complex systems or assemblies.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD and PLM tools (Creo/Windchill or equivalent).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of mechanical engineers.
• Provide technical leadership for complex mechanical systems.
• Guide architecture decisions, design reviews, validations, and problem solving.
• Ensure designs meet performance, manufacturability, cost, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept to production.
