You will gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, and cross‑functional problem solving, collaborating with engineers and production teams to deliver practical solutions that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology.
• Experience with CAD software such as Creo, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
• Basic understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling components for powder compaction and hot forge processes.
• Create 3D models and prints for tooling, gauges, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, quality, and productivity.
• Troubleshoot tooling and production issues with engineering and manufacturing staff.
• Support automation projects by assisting mechanical system design and implementation.
• Participate in engineering reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain and update engineering drawings and documentation.
• Follow safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
