Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment operation and maintenance; analyze performance and improve reliability.
• Develop and engineer project scope for capital expense and maintenance projects.

Major Accountabilities

• Reliability Engineering: Troubleshoots equipment operation & maintenance problems. Analyzes equipment performance. Implements programs to improve reliability & decrease reactive maintenance.
• Project Engineering: Develops & engineers project scope for variety of capital expense and maintenance projects. Supports timely & efficient project execution.

This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in Mechanical Engineering, required.
• Overall GPA of 3.2 (or higher) on a 4.0 scale, preferred.
• Graduation dates of August 2027 through May 2029, required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, required.
• Able and willing to work on-site and in-person, required.
