Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology or related technical degree.
• Completion of at least sophomore year by summer 2027.
• U.S. work authorization for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, perform, or support predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance of equipment.
• Research, design, evaluate, install, modernize, redesign, operate, maintain, and repair machinery.
• Resolve equipment malfunctions, including breakdowns and planned shutdowns.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and cost control of maintenance projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Analyze current operating performance and SOPs to propose improvements.
• Support various other projects to assist the business.
