Trane Technologies offers a 12-week summer internship for current college students pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Engineering Physics. You will engage in assignments across Product Development, Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, Design, and Verification Testing.

The program includes leadership training, exposure to senior leaders, and potential pathways to a full-time Accelerated Development Program or direct hire opportunities. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Engineering Physics with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• U.S. citizen or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Internship or work experience required.
• Leadership demonstrated in campus activities or work projects.

Responsibilities

• Support 12-week summer internship projects in Product Development, Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, Design, and Verification Testing.
