Voyager Technologies invites ambitious undergrads to join a 10-week Mechanical Engineering internship from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with mentorship and professional development.

As an intern, you’ll support mechanical design, development, analysis, testing, and documentation, at one of several CA locations, gaining hands-on experience on real projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering and design methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical design, development, and analysis activities.
• Support development and documentation of mechanical models and drawings.
• Help define and track engineering requirements.
• Participate in trade studies to evaluate design concepts.
• Assist with testing approaches, fixtures, and tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations.
• Document mechanical interfaces and communicate information across teams.
• Identify opportunities for design and process improvements.
• Complete assigned projects within established timelines.
