Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrollment in Mechanical/Aerospace/Systems Engineering.
• Solid understanding of fundamental mechanical engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks) preferred.
• Willingness to travel for orientation and final presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical design, development, and analysis for assigned projects.
• Develop, review, and document mechanical models, drawings, specifications, and other artifacts.
• Document and track engineering requirements.
• Participate in trade studies and evaluation of design concepts.
• Support development of test approaches, fixtures, tooling, and other hardware.
• Collect, analyze, and present engineering data; work with cross-functional teams.
