Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027 in Toledo. This is a full-time Spring Co-op rotation, onsite at our Toledo office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position.

The role involves performing assigned tasks under supervision, learning department standards, and meeting daily or project deadlines. Occasional travel may be required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

• Current enrollment in a two or four year college degree program.
• Second or third academic year preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.

• Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee. Receives specific and detailed instruction.
• Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study.
• Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.

We are currently seeking an Mechanical Engineering Co-op - Sprng 2027. This is a full-time Spring Co-op rotation onsite role requiring daily presence at our Toledo office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position.

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
