Role Purpose: Collaborate with team members to solve technical and engineering challenges, support continuous improvement, new product/process introductions, and cost reduction initiatives, while managing intellectual property appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production, development, and research operations with troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Train operators and personnel on new equipment and processes.
  • Develop technical understanding of process steps and equipment.
  • Lead or participate in focused projects.
  • Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Document changes and support new product launches.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and process repeatability.
  • Execute cost reduction projects (DMAIC).

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing preferred), graduating by May 2025 considered.
  • 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, CAD proficiency, troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of statistics, MS Excel, and process control.

Additional Skills and Information:

  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and process discipline principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel less than 10% domestically/internationally.
  • Salary range: $68,503 - $94,192, with benefits based on hours worked.
