Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3–10 years of experience to support the reliability and mechanical integrity of static equipment assets such as pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and piping systems. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve asset performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting static equipment reliability and integrity.
• Familiarity with ASME, API, TEMA standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support for static equipment such as pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective actions for leaks, corrosion and vibration issues.
• Review inspection reports and NDE results to support repair or continued-service decisions.
• Assist with pipe stress, thermal growth, and vibration evaluations and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Support air-cooled heat exchanger reliability, inspections, and repair planning.
• Develop engineering scopes, MOC documentation, and project intake information for static equipment work.
• Participate in field walkdowns, inspections, and pre-startup safety reviews.
• Apply codes and standards to ensure safe, reliable equipment operation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, and contractors to resolve issues.
