Qualifications

• 2 years of gear or pump engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creation and editing of models and assemblies in SolidWorks.
• Establish test plans to validate new or modified designs.
• Respond to internal or external technical problems.

Skills

3D modeling with SolidWorks

General knowledge of component fits and tolerances

Designing rotating machinery, gearboxes, and bearings

Designing castings and precision machined parts

Experience with GD&T

Using ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards

Proficiency in Microsoft Suites

Education

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
