Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–15 years of mechanical design experience with 2+ yrs of SolidWorks experience.
• Experience designing large mechanical products for harsh outdoor environments.
• Experience with product verification, validation, and subsystem integration.
• Strong understanding of machinery/product design and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks and 3D CAD.
• Perform design verification, validation, structural analysis, and testing.
• Create and maintain drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Support material selection, fabrication, subsystem integration, and continuous improvement.
