Responsibilities

• Provides daily technical support for production, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and documentation for Assembly or IPV areas with automated testing and AC charging equipment.
• Supports enhancements and improvements to processes, tooling and equipment.
• Documents, implements and improves standard work.
• Balances workload across production bays to meet production targets.
• Collaborates with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Engineering on solutions.
