Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. seeks Mechanical Engineers at Associate, Professional and Senior levels to support the Aiken PSR Plant.

You will help design, develop, install, optimize and sustain manufacturing equipment and systems, partnering with production, maintenance, quality and engineering teams to enhance safety, reliability, and cost performance. Opportunities range from entry-level to senior leadership, with projects spanning equipment upgrades, new installations and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Internship, co-op, or up to 2 years of engineering experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, install, optimize and provide reliability support for manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Analyze equipment performance and drive safety, reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Lead or support capital and continuous improvement projects from scope to closeout.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across engineering activities.
