Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing processes and capital improvement plans. You will analyze data, design controls, and maintain production flow while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Strong collaboration with plant leadership and maintenance is required. Requires a BS in mechanical or electrical engineering and 6+ years in manufacturing; SAP and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering duties in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and specifications to set quality and reliability objectives.
• Maintain production flow and support capital improvement plans.
• Design measurement and control systems for plant processes.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and maintenance teams.
