Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks an Environmental Engineer for our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The role provides technical and operating support across optimization, energy, cost savings, and process studies within the white paper mill environment.

The candidate will work to develop skills through project assignments, with opportunities for growth into operations and maintenance positions. A BS in environmental engineering and legal work eligibility in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in environmental engineering is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees in optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training.
• Assignments will include completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions.
• Work to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.
