Job summary

HP is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the PWP Customer Assurance and Growth Team. You will design mechanical/electro-mechanical hardware, provide Tier 4 engineering support, and drive improvements across product subsystems.

Expect collaboration with customers, R&D, operations, and suppliers to deliver reliable press solutions. Qualifications include a bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Typically 3–5 years of engineering experience.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work across multiple technical disciplines.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical/electro-mechanical hardware solutions per engineering principles.
• Provide Tier 4 engineering support and investigate field/factory issues.
• Use continuous improvement to enhance performance, reliability and quality while reducing cost.
• Interface with strategic suppliers as HP technical contact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
