GRAEF, a leading U.S. consulting firm, invites a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the Miami MEP team. You will work on challenging projects for a diverse client base and lead design initiatives for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

The role offers mentorship, on-site collaboration, and opportunities to participate in business development within a respected engineering group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical emphasis.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection on a variety of building types.
• Professional PE registration in Florida and ability to obtain registrations in other states as required.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and REVIT.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Mentor less-experienced staff on projects.
• Manage and lead mechanical engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

GRAEF is considering Senior Mechanical Engineer candidates who have the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical emphasis.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in in the design of HVAC systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection on a variety of building types.
• Professional registration as a PE in FL and ability to gain registration in other states as required for work.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and REVIT.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
