Jobot is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our multi-trade engineering and construction contractor team in Terre Haute, IN. The role will support projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Licensed Professional Engineer, and 3+ years of experience in engineering environments such as construction, industrial, commercial, or manufacturing.

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join a multi-trade engineering and construction contractor providing comprehensive engineering, design, construction, and maintenance services. This role will support projects from initial concept and engineering design through construction, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and experience working in a construction, engineering consulting, industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environment.

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.


• Licensed Professional Engineer


• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably within engineering, construction, industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or facilities environments.


• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, engineering principles, and construction practices.

Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, plans, and technical documents.ience in electrical contracting, electrical construction, project coordination, or project management.

• Strong foundational knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, and safe electrical work practices.
