Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to troubleshoot equipment problems and generate reports.
• Provide technical guidance to Sales, QA, Operations and other teams.
• Apply engineering principles to design, production and repair of rotating electrical machines.
• Investigate failures with Root Cause Analysis and communicate findings.
• Draft technical documents, instructions, drawings, and specifications.
