Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred depending on role scope, depth, and business need.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability, including verification criteria.
• Conduct research, feasibility studies, and technical tradeoff analysis to support engineering decisions.
• Develop mechanical engineering concepts and solutions meeting functionality, performance, cost, compliance, and schedule.
• Define and communicate specifications, high-level designs, interfaces, and technical documentation for reviews and execution.
• Support system and product integration by coordinating dependencies and enabling smooth project execution.
• Define and execute validation and test approaches, improve methods, and ensure evidence supports release readiness.
• Estimate effort, plan and track work, manage risks and dependencies, deliver work packages on time.
• Share knowledge through coaching and collaboration as applicable to job grade and scope.
• Follow EHS policies and proactively identify and mitigate safety risks.
