Arc Boat Company, headquartered in Los Angeles, is hiring a Mechanical Hardware Engineer to accelerate our all-electric platform. You will own hardware from concept through prototyping and high-volume manufacturing, manage large CAD assemblies, and collaborate with design, suppliers, and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.

Responsibilities

• Managing large and complex CAD assemblies.
• Modeling Class A surfaces and boat interiors.
• Owning hardware from start to finish, including specs, design, prototyping, testing, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Supporting the industrial design of next generation products.
• Interfacing with suppliers and contractors.
